Before moving into real estate, he worked as a locomotive engineer and later as an operations supervisor, managing passenger rail services. Those years taught him how to stay calm under pressure, think quickly, and keep complex systems running smoothly—skills he now applies to every real estate transaction.

Originally from Canada, Tyler always dreamed of building a life in Florida. Drawn to the coastlines, neighborhoods, and opportunities here, he turned that vision into reality by earning his license and starting his real estate career. Based in Palm Harbor, he helps buyers and sellers across the Tampa Bay area with a blend of local insight and personal dedication.
